User Roles

a. Clients Clients may post projects, hire freelancers, and fund payments via escrow.

b. Freelancers Freelancers may bid on projects, deliver work, and receive payments upon project approval.

c. Administrators We manage platform operations, dispute resolution, security, and compliance.

Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• Not post or transmit false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Respect other users’ rights, data, and confidentiality.
• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend users violating these terms.

Payments and Escrow

• Clients must fund projects in advance using our supported payment systems (Stripe).
• Freelancers receive payments when the client marks the project complete or a milestone is approved.
• FreelanceAfriq may charge transaction or platform fees. These are disclosed at the time of each transaction.
• Disputes may be resolved by our admin team per our Dispute Policy.

Dispute Resolution

In case of conflicts:

• Users must first attempt to resolve the issue through in-platform messaging.
• If unresolved, either party may open a dispute.
• FreelanceAfriq will review the dispute and make a final binding decision based on evidence provided.
